Good News: UNICOMP‑Backed Galactic Energy Rocket Achieves Successful Maiden Launch

On September 1, Pallas‑1, a reusable liquid‑fueled launch vehicle independently‑developed by Galactic Energy, an equity‑invested enterprise of UNICOMP, completed its successful maiden launch at the Dongfeng Commercial Aerospace Innovation Test Zone.

As China’s first private‑sector rocket firm to deliver successive, stable successful launches, Galactic Energy has carried out 22 orbital‑insertion launches to‑date, accurately sending a total of 89 commercial satellites with diverse functions into their pre‑designated orbits.
The successful maiden launch marks that Galactic Energy has officially entered a brand‑new development stage featuring dual‑driven growth with both solid‑fuel and liquid‑fuel rockets.

UNICOMP completed a direct investment in Galactic Energy in the first half of this year. Both parties also signed a strategic‑cooperation agreement, and intend to carry out business collaboration focusing on inspection processes for core aerospace components in the future.
