Application Field

The UNL X-ray Intelligent Inspection System, a proprietary technology developed by UNIC  Technology, is engineered specifically for automotive wheel hub defect detection.  It identifies critical casting flaws including gas porosity, cracks, shrinkage cavities,  shrinkage porosity, and slag inclusions. Configurable with UNIC's ADR  (Automatic Defect Recognition) module, this system delivers fully automated,  high-efficiency inline inspection for production environments.
