The Type UNL X-ray Intelligent Inspection System, independently developed by UNICOMP, is a dedicated solution for automotive tire defect detection. It identifies critical flaws including: internal foreign objects, component nonconformities (missing/extra parts), ply cord separation (including splice cracking), belt folding, ply distortion, excessive belt overlap, non-standard belt step-offs, voids/inclusions or delamination, and crossed belt cords/bead wires. Configurable with UNIC's patented ADR (Automatic Defect Recognition) module, this system delivers fully automated, high-efficiency inline inspection.
